DESCRIPTION

Meet Smokey! Smokey came to CCHS as an owner surrender with 2 other cats after their owner decided that their home was no longer the safest place for them. This handsome guy is about 4 and a half years old and weighs roughly 12.1lbs currently. Smokey is a bit of a bashful boy! He has the most gorgeous blue eyes, but it takes a few pats before he'll around and bat them at you! Smokey has a very friendly demeanor, so while he doesn't always seek out affection first, he'll never turn it away! Smokey is currently residing in our Kitty City with a multitude of other feline friends. Apply for Smokey today!

Please note the "Start Your Inquiry" button to the right above is not submitting your application. You can click on "More About Us" to the right and then click on "Adoption Application" button which will take you to our website where you can actually apply. You can also go to cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt or bit.ly/CCHSadopt. Thank you!

Approved applicants will be notified via email. Please check junk/spam folders for a response.

The adoption fee is $50. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All cats and kittens have been vaccinated for Distemper, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will also be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for FeLV/FIV. Cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered before adoption.

CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home.
