Coconut - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Neenah, Wisconsin

Dressed to impress in her classic black-and-white tuxedo, Coconut is a sweet, petite, adventurous 4-month-old kitten looking for her forever home!

Personality & Style
Coconut is a high-flying athlete wrapped in a cozy, affectionate package. She possesses serious vertical skills—if there’s a kitty tower, she’s guaranteed to be the first one to the peak, jumping like Air Jordan to reach standard-defying heights!

Despite her impressive acrobatics, Coconut has a wonderfully calm, quiet side. Her meow is a soft, delicate whisper, and once playtime is over, she is routinely the very first to crash out for a nap.

Coconut’s Favorites
Favorite Toy: The Cat Dancer (she will happily show off her aerial tricks for this!).

Favorite Spot: A sunny window perch where she can watch the world go by.

Favorite Mealtime: Pretty much anything—she is NOT a picky eater!

Human Companion Style
Coconut loves people and attention, but she’s also wonderfully independent. She’ll happily curl up near you or join in on family activity, but she isn't super clingy—making her a great balance for almost any household!

IMPORTANT! This little kitten is a bundle of playful energy and needs a partner-in-crime! To make sure they stay happy and thoroughly entertained, OARS only adopts kittens out in pairs, or into homes that already have a resident kitten or young cat to play with.

Ready to add a talented jumper and sweet lap-nap companion to your life? Coconut is ready to bounce right into your heart! Apply to adopt her today.

All OARS cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper, and have had dewormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Some kitties may even have a microchip.

We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in cozy rooms (cage-free!) where they can play with their favorite toys, watch bird feeder activity, and nap in a favorite sunny spot.
To save as many lives as possible, we partner directly with other rescues and shelters to focus our efforts on overcrowded facilities and kitties who require extra TLC to prepare them for adoption. Because of this, we cannot accept cats directly from the public. Everything we do is fueled by your generosity! As a 100% donation-supported rescue, every dollar goes straight toward food, supplies, and veterinary care for the animals in our hands.
