Twizzler's story is proof that sometimes all a cat needs is a chance. Found living in an outdoor colony, she was understandably timid at first but it didn't take long for her to discover that indoor life is the best life.

Although she's technically an adult, Twizzler is still a kitten at heart. She has the softest black fur with beautiful reddish highlights in the sunlight and the most stunning big green eyes. She's the perfect combination of playful and easygoing. She happily entertains herself with toys, loves lounging in her favorite window seat, and spends every night curled up in bed with her people. When she wants attention, she'll let you know with the sweetest little chirps, always hoping for a few extra pets.

Twizzler has impeccable house manners; she doesn't jump on counters or bother houseplants, and she's been wonderful with her foster family's two resident cats, a small senior dog, and several foster kittens. She seems to genuinely enjoy the company of other friendly animals.

Because she thrives on companionship, Twizzler would do best in a home with another friendly cat or with someone who is home much of the day and can give her the love and affection she craves.
