Hi there, I’m Marfa! I'm a playful, sweet, and cuddly black tabby boy born on 04/29/26. I am in foster with my little sister Dime.

I was a bit of a cowardly lion when we were first rescued from a local ranch. Now that I have a safe place to call my own, I have found my courage! I am loving and gentle with my paws with everyone I meet. My new morning routine is making biscuits and giving hugs. I know my foster mom will miss me, but I can’t wait to find a person to be loyal to forever.

In my free time, I chase wand toys and show off my high jumps. I like to laze around next to the AC, but if you call me over with a treat, I will come running. Despite our wild upbringing, my sister and I have been taking great care of the house while our foster is away at work by always using our litter box and scratching posts. Our only kitten mischief has been running around at night and falling asleep on our human’s head once we're finally tuckered out. Now that we’re getting a little older and getting plenty of playtime during the day, we’re settling down more at night. I'd love to be adopted with my sister or go to a home with another friendly pet so we can play while you take care of business.

I am old enough to have good manners, but young enough to adapt quickly to a new person or family. I hope to meet you soon!
