Hi! My name is Dave and I'm an orange tabby boy born on 2/27/26.

I'm a kitty who loves to play! When I'm not feeling sleepy or snuggly, I'll be busy exploring my surroundings or batting at any stray ball or feather I can find. I guarantee that things will never be boring with me around!

But you should know that I'm also a real sweetheart. The very first day I had the run of the house in my foster home, I jumped up into my foster mom's lap and snuggled for a good twenty minutes. I'll sometimes push my head against someone's hand, as a way of telling them I want pets. And now that I've been in my foster home for a few days, I've turned into Mr. Cuddles. If my foster dad sits down for even a minute, I will be in his lap in a flash!

I'm a pretty easy-going guy -- I play well with my foster brother Bilbo (who's much smaller than I am) and with the resident cat Charlie (who's much larger than I am). I would prefer to go to a home with another young cat to play with, but because I'm so attached to my humans, I'd probably be fine as a single cat, as long as someone is home much of the time to keep me company! I've never spent any time around dogs, but I would likely be just fine with anyone, given proper introductions. I have tidy litter box and eating habits.
