Sunny is a handsome buff-colored gentleman with a heart as warm as his name. Born on June 24, 2018, this medium-sized Domestic Short Hair has a personality that wins everyone over. He's social, affectionate, playful, and loves being where the people are. If you're looking for a cat who greets you with happy chirps and wants to be part of your day, Sunny is your guy!Sunny gets along well with other cats, children, teens, and older adults. He can also do well with dogs once he has a chance to get to know them, although he's understandably cautious around new dogs at first. Sunny has lived through more than any cat ever should. He has survived being shot with pellets, which remain in his body but aren't causing him any problems. Along the way, he's also had dental extractions, injury repairs, and a tail amputation. Despite everything he's endured, Sunny hasn't lost his loving spirit. He still greets life with happiness, affection, and a desire to be close to his people.Sunny has stomatitis, a manageable condition that may require future dental care and, on occasion, a long-acting steroid injection to keep him comfortable. He's thriving and looking for someone who will love him just as much as he'll love them.Sunny would be happiest in a home where he has the option to safely enjoy both the indoors and outdoors.
