Toodles - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Montgomery, New Jersey

***ADOPTION FEE WAIVED***

Meet Toodles - the quiet little sweetheart with a soft heart and an even softer belly.

Toodles is still figuring out the whole "shelter life" thing, and he is taking it at his own gentle pace. He may hang back at first, watching the world go by with those thoughtful eyes, unsure how to ask for what he really wants. And what he really wants, more than anything, is love.

Here's the secret: Toodles ADORES attention. He just needs you to take the first step. Give him a little nudge, a few gentle cheek rubs or chin scratches, and suddenly he melts. We're talking full on purring, flopping over, belly up, "yes please continue and don't stop" solicitation for affection. He is the kind of cat that isn't going to demand your attention, but will treasure every second of it once you offer it.

Outside of his shy streak, Toodles is an easygoing, low-maintenance companion. He is calm, quiet, and perfectly content just hanging out nearby, soaking in the comfort of a peaceful home.

Toodles isn't going to be the bold, in-your-face type, but if you're someone who understands that you can impose your friendship on a cat like Toodles with understanding and patience, he will reward you with the sweetest, most genuine love.
