DESCRIPTION
Housebroken/Litter box: Yes Lived with Dogs: Unknown Lived with Cats: Yes Lived with Kids: No, not recommended Profile: My name is Chopin, although my foster mom calls me Joey. I was extrememly scared when I can in the shelter and so I went to a foster home that was able to work on me with socialization. I have been in foster for quite awhile and have slowly warmed up, but progress has been slow and I still prefer to not directly interact or be pet by my foster. I do enjoy spending time with other cats in my foster home. I would do best in a home with with a patient owner, who will let me come out of my shell in my own time. My ideal adopter will have safe spaces in the home that they can slowly open up over time. I would likely do best in a home with a friendly social cat that can keep teaching me people are safe. If you are interested in me, please call the shelter. We will connect you with Chopin's foster for additional information and a virtual meet and greet! *Please note that all information is from this pet’s prior home history and/or experiences in the shelter. Experience in adoptive home is not guaranteed.
