Since coming into foster care, both cats have made wonderful progress. Carl & Wendy Lou have learned to trust again, now enjoying gentle pets, purring happily, and relaxing in the presence of people. While they may need a little time to adjust, they are sweet souls who deserve the chance to experience the love and security of a home.
