Speckles - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Michigan City, Indiana

Hi! I'm Speckles I saw no reason to look at that silly camera for my pictures when there was a whole new world for me to explore-the adoption room at MHS! I wanted to see everything and if I wasn't exploring, I wanted someone to be petting me! I'm a confident gal who knows what she wants!

I spent time in a foster home so here is a note from my foster mom:

"Speckles is a catch! She is sweet, calm, smart, and makes the cutest chirps all the time! She hasn't showed much interest in playing with toys, but she does seem to like exploring and we've noticed she is quite smart...

Once we started needing to feed her separately from her kitten-kiddos, she immediately picked up on her routing of leaving the room and going to a kennel to eat. We don't have to carry her or anything!

We think she'd enjoy learning a couple tricks or behaviors more than running around. We aren't sure if Speckles would want another pet in the house, but we do think she'd prefer a quieter household that doesn't have hyper kids or pets." -Speckles' foster mom.

The humans here tell me that I am a very pretty girl. It's nice to hear nice things! I am about one year old and I'm spayed. Love, Speckles
