Meet Chai!
Chai is a delightfully sweet calico kitten with striking amber eyes and a heart full of love. Whether she's tumbling around in a game of chase with her siblings (Mochi, Calliope, and Calypso) or seeking out her humans for affection, Chai brings endless joy to every room she enters.
She loves interactive playtime, but once she's done burning off her kitten energy, she'll happily trot over for head scratches and gentle pets, purring away the whole time.
Chais Social Profile:
Other Cats: Great! She thrives in the company of feline friends.
Children: Friendly and gentle.
Dogs: Should do well with a slow, proper introduction.
The Ideal Home:
Because Chai is a high-energy, social young kitten, she needs a companion to keep up with her playful antics. Her dream scenario is being adopted together with her closest sibling, Mocha, but she would also do wonderfully in a home that already has a friendly, active young cat.
Chai is spayed, is up to date with vaccines / FVRCP / Rabies ( if age appropriate), is FIV/FeLV negative, is parasite free and microchipped.
If you would like to adopt Chai, an adoption application must be submitted FIRST to be considered, the link is below.

An inquery is NOT an adoption application. The link for the application is provided above. Or you may send an email to info@friendsoffelinesrescue.org and we will send you the link. Only serious inquiries will be considered.
The adoption donation for Chai is $425 and includes full vetting up to date as well as Transport
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
Our adoptable pets come from various rescue situations in South Florida, where overpopulation is a challenge and the dump rate for animals is high. They live with foster families, so they're already comfortable in a home environment. We arrange transport only after adoption to avoid the stress of the shelter system environment. You can meet them via video call with their foster. The adoption fee includes transport, spay/neuter, all required vaccinations up to date , Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) a microchip, FIV/FeLV testing, flea and parasite treatment. All adopted cats and kittens will go to a vet health exam prior to transport and will come with a veterinarian's health certificate for travel. They will be delivered to a pickup location near you by professional transporters who will tend to them throughout their journey up North. We will provide updates on their journey and arrival time to your area.
