This handsome gray boy with the distinguished little goatee recently found himself in need of a fresh start when his previous family had to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender him due to their child's allergies. Thankfully, Birk didn't spend long at the shelter before catching our eye - and honestly, one look at that face and we were sold.

At just 5 months old, Birk is already proving himself to be the total package: silly, adaptable, affectionate, and extremely committed to getting comfy wherever he lands. Within hours of arriving in foster care, he was already acting like he'd lived there forever. Very on-brand behavior for a cat named after the world's favorite comfort sandal.

Birk is microchipped, vaccinated, combo tested negative/negative, and will be neutered through the rescue soon. Most importantly, he's a playful kitten who absolutely thrives with feline companionship, so he must go to a home with another young, playful cat or kitten.
