Taz was found by a Good Samaritan on the side of a busy highway. Originally taken as a TNR cat, it was clear that Taz was scared but friendly, possibly a drop off. He was also very sick with an upper respiratory infection. The finder took him to a vet, where he was boarded for a couple of weeks. The staff fell in love with him and suggested she find him a home, but all shelters and rescues were full.
Taz is a little wary of strangers, but it only takes him a day to warm up and demand petting. He loves to eat and make biscuits.
He has been neutered, is negative for FIV/FeLV, is up to date on vaccines and is ready for his forever home.
Will you give him a chance? Taz is a great candidate for our foster-to-adopt program. Ask us about it!
