Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption in Mason, Michigan

Dillingsly is a little black cat who started out life as a community cat. She was at the shelter a couple of months ago when someone found her injured. We treated her injuries, spayed her, and her finder put her back where she found her (the best outcome for community cats-they don't want to be in a shelter cage!). A couple of days ago she was found laying in the middle of a busy road a couple of miles from where she was found the first time and brought to us again. She's in a tough spot right now. She doesn't want to be at the shelter and obviously she is not doing well as a community cat so options are limited. Ideally, we'd love for her to be an inside cat but we can't guarantee that she'll appreciate the idea (and if you've ever lived with a cat who is determined to get outside you probably don't want to repeat the experience!). She might do well in a barn in a rural or a warehouse where she has plenty of room to roam but less danger. We suspect that her latest escapade probably knocked off a couple of her 9 lives!
