Avalon - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Mason, Michigan

Avalon is a sweet tabby who has been adopted and returned a few times through no fault of her own. She came to the shelter originally after being left behind when her owner moved out. She was adopted but returned because she stayed hidden all the time. She was returned and adopted again and was once again left behind when her owner moved out. Not surprisingly Avalon has some trust issues! She hid from us for several days and then started coming out looking for attention. She is going to need a home with people who will give her time to trust again. In her first home she lived with another cat and a gentle friend to help her settle in would be helpful.
