MARILYN (see littermates) - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Marietta, Georgia

Marilyn - 23015 - Kennel 633 - Arrived September 29, 2026 - Domestic Short Hair mix - black and white - female - 9 weeks old - 2.125 lbs (estimated adult weight 6-8 lbs) - Will be spayed prior to adoption - Up to date on vaccines - FIV/FeLV negative

Look into Marilyn's wide green eyes and it's hard not to feel your heart tug. She is a glossy black kitten with a small white chin and a white bib across her chest, and she arrived at Cobb Animal Services on September 29, 2026, with her whole life still ahead of her.

At nine weeks old and 2.125 pounds, Marilyn is so new to the world that nearly everything is still a first. Her first night in a real bed, her first sunbeam on a windowsill, and the first time someone says "welcome home" are all waiting for her. Based on her size and build, we estimate she'll grow to around 6 to 8 pounds, and you could be the one who watches it happen.

Marilyn came to us with four littermates: Cary, Bogart, Grace, and Audrey. Picture two little black-and-white kittens curled up together on your couch, and you'll understand why we hope she can go home with a sibling or two. It isn't required, and Marilyn deserves a loving family either way.

She is up to date on vaccines, has tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and will be spayed before she goes home. For now her world is a kennel and a soft towel, but she's ready for so much more. Come meet Marilyn in kennel 633.
