Colby's soft grey coloring and crisp white markings give him a classic, tidy look among his litter, and his gentle expression makes him easy to warm up to right away. He arrived at Cobb Animal Services on August 11th as one of five kittens - alongside Cheddar, Feta, Gouda, and Parm - brought in with their mother, Brie.

At 3.5 months old, he is still finding his footing, with plenty of growing left before reaching an estimated adult weight of 7 to 9 pounds. Watching a kitten this age settle into a home is a genuine joy, full of small milestones and new discoveries almost daily - first real naps, first confident explorations, the slow reveal of a full personality. He is up to date on vaccines, FIV/FeLV negative, and will be neutered prior to adoption.

Bringing home Colby with one of his littermates, is something adopters are warmly encouraged to think about, so the siblings can keep growing up side by side rather than adjusting to a big change entirely on their own. Colby is waiting in Kennel Pent #2 with that sweet grey and white coat, ready for the family who will watch him grow into himself.

This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
