Sherman - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Lutz, Florida

Just a few short weeks ago, this handsome little guy was found all alone in the parking lot of a Walgreens with a giant umbilical hernia that required emergency surgery to repair. While he was under anesthesia, he was also neutered so he wouldn't have to go through another procedure later. His incision has healed beautifully, his sutures are out, and he's now healthy, fully vetted, and more than ready to move into a home of his own.

Sherman is everything you'd want in a kitten, playful, curious, affectionate, hilarious, and just the right amount of mischievous. He's always investigating something, chasing toys, climbing where he probably shouldn't, and narrating his adventures with the cutest little chirps and meows.

One thing we know for sure: Sherman needs another young, sweet, playful kitty in his forever home. He absolutely thrives with feline friends, and two kittens really are better than one! They'll keep each other entertained, burn off all that kitten energy together, and become lifelong best friends. Two is better than one!

Sherman has beaten the odds and is ready for the easy part of life, being spoiled by a family who loves him.

All of our adoptable rescues have a clean bill of health (unless otherwise stated), are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age-appropriately), tested (FeLV/FIV for cats over 8 months of age, HW for dogs over 6 months of age), current on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need.
