Pumpernickel (low-key girl) - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Lucedale, Mississippi

Pumpernickel is a gentle, sweet and unassuming girl. She may not be flashy and she isn't boisterous or in your face asking for attention. She is more like the background singer vs. the main vocalist. She does enjoy affection, she may follow you and wait patiently for you to acknowledge her. Once you do, she will roll around and soak in all the attention.

Pumpernickel came into our care the summer of 2025 with a litter of kittens. She has been in our community cat room since her kittens were weaned and adopted.

She enjoys the company of other cats, she has always had cats around her even before coming to us.

If you are looking for a low key, sweet girl and you have a sweet kitty that would like a companion, Pumpernickel is your girl.
