My name is Riggs and I have been told that I am a cuddle bug, which is very strange for a former street cat like myself, but it's true. I love belly rubs and snuggling up to humans.

I enjoy greeting guests as soon as they arrive with meows and leg rubs and I solicit (REQUIRE) pets from all newcomers.

My favorite spot in my current foster home is the ottoman in the living room as I love being close to all the action.

I eat like a champion and use my litter box like a boss. I guess I would/could be okay with a dog who likes to co-exist, but they MUST respect my authority!
