Julius - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Los Angeles, California

Julius is a chatty and inquisitive adult male who loves to be included in even the most menial tasks, often as overseer. He loves following his people around while chirping questions, as well as midday zoomies with his springy and crinkle toys. He is calm, playful, and would be a great companion for cat owners of all experience levels.

Julius gets along well with other cats and loves people. He would also do well as a single cat, but prefers to have a friend to groom and play with. His small build means he occasionally gets bullied by more aggressive males, but he appreciates having kind playmates who like to lounge together in the sun.

A rescuer took Julius in when he was left behind by his previous owners, and he is now on the mend after months of being underweight and sick. As such, he has some chronic inflammation in his eyes and nose from his time on the streets, which causes some redness and sniffles, especially when he is stressed. Despite this, he is chipper and playful, and doesn't let it dampen his explorative, friendly nature.
