Amelia - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Los Angeles, California

Amelia is a gorgeous, fluffy, happy, sweet, friendly and affectionate girl who just needs some TLC. She is a special girl with special needs, looking for a loving forever home with at least one other sweet cat and/or a small cat-friendly dog. We originally rescued her from the shelter in 2021. She had been injured which left her unable to fully use her back legs, or the litter box, without help. But this extremely beautiful girl definitely gets around!
It's super cute watching her move, and just adorable when she strikes a pose with her back legs stretched out behind her. She speaks with precious little chirps, is very loving, has a lot of personality and is a very fun girl!

Amelia needs help going potty so her foster manually expresses her bladder a few times a day which keeps her and your environment clean. Amelia is used to her routine, which makes caring for her so easy. We would love to show you how!

Amelia gets along with other cats in her home, and occasionally cuddles and grooms them. A sweet small dog used to live in her home who she liked hanging out with, and she would sit with him in his dog bed all the time!
