My name is Manicotti, and I have decided that life is good. It did not start that way. I was found completely alone in a warehouse, covered in fleas and rust, with an injury to my mouth. I was quiet and unsure when I first came into foster care. But love has a way of doing remarkable things, and once I felt safe? I transformed. The shy little kitten who walked through that door became a tiny, loud, joyful, chaotic bundle of everything wonderful.

I love springs. I love toy lizards. I love corks. I especially love chasing my own tail in circles until I cannot remember how I started. I run, I jump, I climb, and I investigate every single inch of my world with complete dedication. Watching me, I have been told, is one of life's great simple pleasures.

And then, right in the middle of all that wild kitten energy, I will stop, fly across the room, and land directly in your lap with a purr that is honestly shocking in its volume for a kitten this small. I love my person more than almost anything. I am mostly white with orange ears and an orange tail and the most beautiful honey-colored eyes. My mouth healed completely, though you can still see where the injury was, which just makes me uniquely, memorably me. I had a hard beginning, but I am making up for every moment of it now, one zoomie and one cuddle at a time. My forever home is out there, and I cannot wait to find it.
