Meow I’m Turtle! My foster first spotted me in the middle of the road and thought I was a turtle! Turns out, I was just a tiny, unweaned kitten who desperately needed help. I was rushed to someone who could give me the care I needed, and for a while, it wasn’t clear if I would make it. But I guess nobody told me I was supposed to give up! I bounced back and showed everyone just how stubborn and determined a little fighter I could be. Now I’m back with my foster, and OH BOY, have I made up for lost time! I’m a brown and white little tabby girl with adorable socks and the energy of an Olympic athlete. Marathon zoomies? Check! Soccer champion? Absolutely! Fearless climber and professional wrestler? You bet! If there isn’t a toy around, I’ll find something to turn into one. Boredom simply does not exist in my world! I’m sweet too! I love getting pets and attention, but then I remember I have important kitten activities to attend to, so off I wiggle. I’m good with cats, dogs, kids, and I’m ready to bring my special kind of chaos to my forever home. I may have started out as a tiny baby fighting for my life, but now I’m busy living it to the fullest! If you’re looking for a hilarious, affectionate, fearless little sidekick, I’m you girl. Just remember: I may be named Turtle, but SLOW is definitely not my speed!

Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted.

Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet.

Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.

No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
