Frankie was born outside and was being fed by a nice couple. They worked really hard on socializing him so that he can be brought indoors.

Frankie has been doing great inside. He’s a lap cat and loves love. He is under a year so still loves to play and his foster mom can hear him running around his foster room all day. We think Frankie wants to be an only cat as meet and greets with his foster siblings didn’t go well.
