Everyone meet Carl! This cat is SPUNKY!! He is very vocal and loving. Carl had a sad story, someone dumped him in our parking lot but instead of running he stayed until we found him and was purring immediately. This baby is getting his second chance. Carl is already grateful to have food, water and a warm bed but imagine him in a forever home?! Carl really has a sweet and loving personality. We love his cute meows too. He is around 1 years old and is smaller than your normal cat. We love him very much and want the best for him!
