Hi... I'm Baxter!

I'm a black and white kitten, my foster parents call me a tuxedo cat, which sounds very fancy, fitting since I mostly spend my days lounging like I own the place.

I'm a pretty laid-back guy. While my brothers and sister are busy wrestling, chasing, and causing general chaos, I prefer to observe from the sidelines. I like to think of myself as the calm commentator, "And here we see another dramatic leap from the ottoman..."

Don't get me wrong, I do play. But I'm all about balance: a little play, a little cuddle, and a whole lot of watching the world go by; it's like a very interesting movie.

I'm also the smallest of my litter, but I don't mind it one bit. Honestly, I kind of like being pocket-sized. It means I fit perfectly in your lap, or curled up next to you when you're relaxing.

So, what I do know is this: I'm looking for a calm, loving home where I can be your quiet companion. Someone who enjoys gentle company, soft purrs, and a kitten who would rather be close to you than in the middle of all the chaos.

If you're looking for a little tuxedoed gentleman who prefers cuddles over commotion... I might be your guy.

Baxter will be ready to go home after 5/14.

Young kittens will likely acclimate to dogs, cats, and children with proper introductions.

This cat has been spayed/neutered, de-wormed, vaccinated, combo tested negative for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus, and is microchipped.
