Muhammad Ali: Float like a Butterfly

Muhammad is an elegant black, 8-week old male kitten. He and his two brothers and sister, George Foreman, Mike Tyson, and Hilary Swank were found in a box, dumped on the front porch of a good Samaritan, who instantly called Laurel Cats for help. During their intake exam, the medical team observed all eight ears showed significant trauma, with jagged and scared edges, and all missing the tips of their ears. A vet visit confirmed the worst of our fears, likely someone cut their ears with scissors. In spite of their deformity, these four little kittens are thriving, growing bigger each day and have chosen to 'forget' the conditions of their ear issues. Muhammad a sweet and contemplative soul. He often chooses to watch his brothers frolic with thoughtful eyes while letting his toy mouse rest by his side. He often chooses to leave his feline relatives and find his people, trying to help with the human activities of the day. Otherwise, he is content to find a spot of sunshine and will close his eyes and drift away in a dream...

Muhammad is up to date on his vaccines, deformed, and microchipped. He would do great if adopted with one of his brothers, but would also do well with another kitten or cat in the home. Since he has never been alone, he may be best suited to be with a human who is home most of the time until he is older but might do ok as a single pet. Muhammad Ali had a rough start, but is headed for greatness - and might change the world.

NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility.

Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats
