This super friendly boy must have had a home at some point. Frankie is sweet, playful and confident. He is UTD on shots, neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped. We don't know how Frankie is with dogs, but seems okay with unaggressive kitties. We don't know how he is with young children so older children is a better match.
