Stormy and Rosie are 4.5 month old bonded sisters who will be adopted together.

Stormy runs the operation and she'd like you to know it. She's the first one up your leg, the first to investigate anything new, and the one with strong opinions about closed doors, which she will share with you. She's confident, sassy, and a bit of a shadow, trailing her foster mom from room to room even in the middle of doing her own thing. She's also a super snuggly cat. Independent all day, then curled against your hip by evening. Stormy is equal parts independent and velcro. She's a solid black shorthair with warm golden eyes, the easiest way to tell her from her sister Rosie, whose eyes are green.

Rosie is the quiet one. She borrows her courage from her siblings, and with them beside her she's a completely different cat: playful, bold, right in the middle of everything. On her own she'd rather observe first. She loves a snuggle, especially under the blankets and she loves to play with wand toys and small mice. Give her either one and the shy act disappears. She's a solid black shorthair with striking green eyes. Together, Stormy and Rosie are the perfect pair of little black panthers.

Loud, sudden noises startle both of them so I'd point toward a home with adults or older kids rather than a busy household with little ones. They are used to someone working from home and notice when the house has been empty. Expect to be thoroughly greeted and bossed around when you walk in.

Stormy & Rosie came to us with their siblings after their mom was rescued from an overcrowded home. Mom has since been adopted. They have spent her whole life in foster care, so they’re well socialized and completely litter box trained, with no medical or special needs.

Both are excellent with other cats - her siblings and the resident adults alike. They haven’t met a dog, but would likely do fine with a cat-friendly one and proper introductions. Stormy and Rosie are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.
