Charlie - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Johnston, Rhode Island

Say hello to our handsome hunk-of-love...CHARLIE! CHARLIE is a big, solid guy with a dapper brown and black striped tabby patterned coat. Accents of white surround his nose, mouth and chin and he has a bubblegum pink nose. CHARLIE has a matching white bib and white on all four of those purr-fect paws. Our vet staff estimates CHARLIE to be approximately three years old.

CHARLIE was brought to safety and humanely trapped by a Good Samaritan who noticed this friendly fellow had a pretty bad old injury above his left eye. Upon intake, our skilled vet staff stepped up and immediately tended to CHARLIE'S medical needs. He was given antibiotics and other meds to help aid the healing process and of course, lots of TLC, rest and recovery time. Fast forward a few weeks, and CHARLIE is looking and feeling fabulous. CHARLIE is an all-around pleasant, happy kitty. He enjoys his free-roaming time and a good cat nap. CHARLIE can be very playful, and he likes his cat scratchers or interactive playtime with the volunteers. His favorite pastime is when a volunteer will wave a cat wand in front of him....he is always up for a good chasing session! CHARLIE is FIV positive which is no biggie as long as he lives the indoor-only life from now on, maintains a quality diet, and sees a vet for annual checkups. CHARLIE is ready to leave his former street life behind. CHARLIE seeks a forever home where he can become part of the family and receive all the attention, affection and love a potential future adopter has to offer.

Neutered, Rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, FeLV tested negative, FIV tested POSITIVE, Flea preventative applied and Microchipped.
