Jarvis was born on April 1 and is near the Collegeville Petsmart. Like his namesake, the lead singer from the band Pulp, he can also be found shouting and pointing, especially when his foster mom is late with dinner! Jarvis must be adopted to a home with a cat or cat-friendly dog, or be adopted with on of his siblings, Brioche or Naan.
