Indigo - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Ithaca, New York

Indigo came to stay with us from a home with too many cats. Indigo spent some time in a foster home for a little bit while she waited for a room to open up (and to get a little bit of socialization). Her foster family reported that she uses the litterbox like a champ and once she's brave, she will allow you to pet her.

This shy but sweet girl has been hanging out in a room with some of her other former housemates. She loves to perch on the top cloud of the room because it offers the best views! She allows folks who can reach her to pet her and will come down off the top cloud if you're patient enough. We don't have any history on how she'd do with dog or kids, but she'd be ok with other cats, as long as you're willing to do a slow and thoughtful introduction.
