Jet - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Irvine, California

This sweet boy kitten is a little on the shy side, but he has an absolute heart of gold. He likes to observe his surroundings before jumping into playtime. Once he realizes he is safe and loved, he turns into a total purr-machine who loves soft chin scratches and cozy blankets. He needs a calm, understanding home, preferably with his kitten brother Onyx, or another mellow kitten, where he can take his time building confidence and blossoming into the loyal companion he is meant to be.

Jet is a such a beautiful and sweet boy. Please come see Jet and the other cats that are available at the PetSmart store in The District Shopping Center in Tustin (2237 Park Avenue). Adoptions are daily by appointment and on Saturdays from 12-4pm.

You can get pre-approved for your adoption! Visit our website and submit your application online: http://www.oc-arc.com/adoptions/how-to-adopt/

When you choose to adopt one of OCARC's animals, the adoption donation is $200 (kittens 6 months and younger) or $175 (all kittens and cats over 6 months of age). Each of our cats and kittens has been:

- Spayed or neutered
- Microchipped
- Tested for FeLV (Feline Leukemia)
- Tested for FIV (Feline Aids)
- De-flead (topical Revolution or Advantage)
- De-wormed (tape and round worms)
- Given their first FVRCP vaccination:

We keep all our kitties current on their FVRCP vaccines so depending on the age of the kitty when you adopt him or her and how long we've had the kitty, the vaccine series may be complete. If not, you as the adopter will be responsible for any further vaccinations in the series.

- Rabies Vaccination when age appropriate

These services would usually cost more than $500. Of course, a greater adoption donation is always welcome, since we often provide additional medical care such as x-rays, blood panels, treatment for ears, eyes, upper respiratory infections and viruses.
