Zumi - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Indianapolis, Indiana

Hi, I'm Zumi!

I'm a friendly girl who really wants to be your friend, but I can be a little scared when I'm in new places or meeting new people. The world feels a lot less overwhelming when someone is patient and kind with me. Once I realize I'm safe, you'll start to see my sweet personality shine through.

I love gentle attention, cozy places to relax, and spending time near the people I trust. I may need a little extra time to come out of my shell, but every day I get a bit braver. There's a loving, affectionate kitty hiding behind my timid side, just waiting for the right person to help me feel at home.

My dream family will understand that confidence takes time and that the best friendships aren't always rushed. If you give me patience, I'll reward you with sweet companionship, quiet purrs, and the joy of watching me blossom into the happy cat I was always meant to be.

I'm looking for someone who will see past my fears and recognize the loving heart underneath. Could you be the person I've been waiting for? I promise I'm worth it.
