The Pumpkin Patch Litter - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Indian Land, South Carolina

The Pumpkin Patch litter came to us on September 21, 2026, referred to us by a previous adopter. The bright orange tabby males are Apple, Cider, Acorn. The females are Ginger, also a bright orange tabby and Cinnamon, a light cream buff. They were from a supported feral colony and had been abandoned by their feral mom. When they came to us they were a little over two weeks old, so we will call their birthday September 8, 2026. They were all a bit underweight but were clean and were enthusiastic bottle feeders.

Then came Patch, a stunning white and gray patchwork male. He came to us as a single orphan from the Lancaster Animal Shelter on September 30, 2026. His name seemed to fit with his coat pattern and with the autumn Pumpkin Patch theme. He had crusty eyes and a few fleas, but after a bath and eye meds, he recovered quickly. We were happy to have him since the five Pumpkin Patch kittens were the same age, which evens out the adoption possibilities.

All six kittens are healthy, playful, and very well socialized to humans and to adult cats. They are litter trained, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. They will be fully weaned and old enough to begin their happily ever after journeys in early November.

We have a strong preference for kittens to be adopted in pairs, the advantage being you are guaranteed to have bonded kittens. All six kittens are adorable. You are welcome to visit with them to decide which kittens tug at your heart strings.

Our nominal adoption covers FIV/FeLV testing, deworming, vaccinations, and spay/neuter with a partner clinic. To set up a visit, drop me a note at cherylsferalsandfosters@gmail.com or PM me. If you are considering adopting, please fill out and submit the adoption contract found in The Adoption Process link on my website (cherylsferalsandfosters.com). In the meantime, you can follow their journey on Facebook: Cheryl’s Ferals and Fosters Chat Group. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3).
