Alex's story is a little bittersweet. He and his sister, Lucy, were pulled from a shelter after their family experienced the heartbreaking loss of their home in a tragic accident. Their family was faced with an incredibly difficult decision and ultimately chose to surrender both cats so they could find safe, loving homes where they would be cared for and cherished.

Through it all, Alex has remained his sweet, loving self. He is ready to leave his difficult chapter behind and start a new one with a family who will give him all the love and stability he deserves.

Alex also previously lived with a dog, so he has experience sharing his home with canine companions.
