I'm Night. For a while, I was living on the streets of Worcester, cared for by the kindest family imaginable. They made sure I had food, water, blankets, and someone who was watching out for me. When I was first brought to a rescue, I was so scared -- I hid until everyone went to sleep, then came out only at night. With a wonderful patient foster, who used treats and lots of love, I have blossomed into a great house cat.
Now, I eagerly await breakfast, enjoy my afternoon treats, find spots for cozy naps, and soak up every petting and brushing session I can get. I like to play with toys on my own and I have been enjoying the company of other cats.
Health note: I am FIV+ but that shouldn't be a worry. With routine veterinary care and a loving indoor home, I can live in good health for many years. Also, it is perfectly fine for me to mix with FIV-negative cats - house cats do not transmit the condition.
After years of surviving outdoors, I am ready for a soft bed, regular meals, and a family to call my own.
