Cleo is 13 years old — but don’t let that number fool you. She is petite, playful, full of love, and young at heart. She loves sunshine naps, window watching, belly rubs, toys, and being close to her people. She’s the kind of cat who just wants to quietly love someone with her whole heart ❤️

She is:

• Vaccinated
• Microchipped
• Extremely loving
• Ready to be someone’s best friend

We know senior cats are often overlooked, but there is something incredibly special about adopting an older cat. Senior cats love differently. Deeper. Softer. Gratefully.

Maybe you’re someone who doesn’t want a 15-20 year commitment or the uncertainty of a kitten. Maybe you’re retired, work from home, or simply want a calm companion to share your days with. Cleo would be perfect for someone looking for friendship, comfort, and unconditional love.

Cleo is fostering in West Orange NJ and is ready for a forever home. She would do best as a solo pet but may be fine with a kind furry friend.


The first step to the adoption process is to complete the adoption application. Follow directions below and complete all sections. Once reviewed, we will schedule a virtual interview and home visit. If you are approved, we will then arrange a meet and greet where you can spend time interacting with the cat. Submitting an interest inquiry through Petfinder without a completed application will delay the process.

Cat Adoption Donation is
$125 per cat. We graciously accept more.

Rabies vaccine
3 series of distemper vaccine
Testing FeLV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline FIV)
Deworming (parasites)
