Honey - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Hickory, North Carolina

This is Honey. Her kittens were found huddled together in the middle of the road after back-to-back storms and days of heavy rain. They were only about 2 months old and had been brought to safety when two days later our neighbor heard a mama cat crying nearby as she searched for her babies. We were able to rescue her and reunite her with her kittens.

From the moment she was reunited with them, it was clear how much she loved them. She was protective, attentive, and exactly the mama they needed. She cared for her babies while also learning that she was safe and loved too.

She has received flea and tick treatment and has been dewormed. She will receive her FVRCP vaccine, microchip, and has an appointment scheduled on 8/25 to be spayed.

After everything she has done for her kittens, she is ready for a home where she can finally be spoiled and loved as much as she deserves.
