Victor is an in-your-face friendly boy who greets his mom each morning with kisses and head butts. When he’s not making hearts skip a beat with his sweet personality, Victor loves an energetic play session with a wand toy. If you’re great at waving a ribbon wand and love receiving kitty kisses, you might be a great human for Victor. In his sleek, black coat, curious Victor enjoys finding creative ways to pursue his next adventure. He’ll keep you laughing with his Houdini-like antics.

Victor’s foster home includes other dogs and cats, and he seems comfortable with both. If you are looking for a pair, Victor has a brother, Vincent, who mirrors Victor’s personality (Vincent is just a smidge less outgoing.).

You may recognize Victor (and Vincent) from HART’s April yoga events (where they did well with all the people); he'd love to show his forever family the correct way to cat pose.

Born in December 2025, Victor is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He consistently uses the litterbox.
