Smokes - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Hamilton, Ontario

Smokes is a gorgeous 12-week-old grey kitten with a unique eye and a whole lot of personality. He is a busy little guy who loves to run, explore, chase toys and play. He has lots of kitten energy and would be happiest in a home where he has plenty of space and opportunities to burn it off.

Underneath all that energy, Smokes also has a very sweet side, especially when it comes to his brother, Stripes. The two are very close. Smokes loves playing with him, curling up with him and even giving him little baths. He really seems to enjoy having his brother around.

Smokes is also a BIG fan of food! He can be a little enthusiastic at mealtime and would happily volunteer to clean everyone’s plate, but he is already getting better about sharing.

Smokes would be a great match for someone looking for a funny, active, playful kitten who will keep them entertained. He and Stripes would love to be adopted together, although they can also be considered separately for the right homes.

Health Note: Smokes has been exposed to feline herpesvirus (FHV-1), a common virus in cats. He is vaccinated and currently doing very well. Because of this, his ideal home would be with Stripes as the only two cats. A home with other cats can also be considered, but any resident cats should be healthy and up to date on their FVRCP vaccination. Smokes currently receives simple immune-supportive care, including probiotics and lysine. His adopter should be comfortable continuing to keep an eye on his health and discussing any future needs with their veterinarian.

If you’re looking for a kitten with energy, character and a sweet bond with his brother, Smokes might be your guy.
