Calcifer - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Guelph, Ontario

Calcifer is a handsome, slender, long legged boy who is almost 2 years old. He was surrendered because his playfulness was stressing out the two senior cats in his home to the point where they were hiding from him. He would do well in a home where there is another younger cat that he can play with. He is used to a quiet home and was a bit overwhelmed when he first arrived at the shelter and was hiding, so he may need a little while to adjust to a new home and show his true personality. According to his previous family, Calcifer loves to play fetch and likes to ride on your shoulder. He is not used to children or dogs, but respectful older children or a calm cat friendly dog might work for him. Calcifer is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.
