Gigi & Her Three Brave Boys: Warrior Man • Sir Knight • Soldier Boy
In midApril, we received a distress call from a woman in Columbus, MS — someone we've helped before. She knew she could trust our team, and this time the situation was urgent. Her young cat, Gigi, had just delivered four kittens, but the birth had not gone as planned.
Still barely more than a kitten herself, Gigi needed help in a big way. Two of her newborns had become tangled in the umbilical cord, cutting off circulation to their tiny feet. One little girl was critically injured, and despite every effort, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. The remaining tangled kitten — now known as Warrior Man — was in danger of losing his foot as well.
Thanks to the dedication and roundtheclock therapy provided by his foster mom, Warrior Man made a stunning recovery. Today he runs, plays, climbs, and pounces right alongside his brothers Sir Knight and Soldier Boy — all on four paws.
This litter has defied the odds from day one. Now they're thriving:
Healthy
Playful
Full of personality
Ready for their forever families
And Gigi? She's blossomed too. Still so young herself, she happily joins in the wrestling matches and kitten games, proving she's as spirited and joyful as her boys.
If you've ever dreamed of loving a brave young mom and her trio of resilient sons — this is your moment. Gigi, Warrior Man, Sir Knight, and Soldier Boy are ready to bring warmth, laughter, and a whole lot of heart into their new homes. They are available to be adopted in pairs or to a home with friendly resident felines.
Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.
All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
