Meet Ocracoke, a beautiful gray kitten named after one of the charming islands of the Outer Banks! Ocracoke had a difficult start to life. When we rescued her, she was suffering from a severe eye infection that unfortunately left her with vision loss in one eye. Despite her rough beginning, this sweet girl is ready to leave the past behind and enjoy the happy kittenhood she deserves.
Her vision loss doesnt define her, and she doesnt need perfect vision to be a perfect companion. Ocracoke is a special little girl looking for a loving family who will appreciate her for exactly who she is and give her the care and patience she deserves. With her soft gray coat and adorable personality, Ocracoke is ready to find her forever home and make it her own little piece of paradise!

She is the complete package! She would love to find a home with one of her siblings or with another young kitty around. Given her personality, we believe she would do well with other cats, children, and cat-friendly dogs if allowed time for an introduction.
Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, and group testing for FIV and FeLV.
If you are interested in adopting, please go to our adoption page for more information on our adoption process and to complete our adoption application.
