Bit O Honey, born approximately 8/17/2026, is a ridiculously sweet orange tabby boy, a four-legged lovebug with the softest golden ginger coat, delicate orange stripes, oversized satellite dish ears, a precious pink nose, and the most innocent golden eyes that practically BEG you to pick him up and smother him with affection. His face has that irresistible, wide-eyed sweetness that makes you want to scoop him up immediately and promise him the world.

And the cuddles? OH. MY. GOODNESS.

This boy does not simply enjoy affection. He has made it his entire personality. His big purr motor revs up the moment he even suspects that pets might be coming his way. He immediately flops over, rolls onto his back, and presents his fluffy little belly like he is opening a five-star spa exclusively for your hands. Belly rubs? Absolutely. Endless pets? Naturally. Being adored like the tiny prince he knows he is? THAT IS THE EXPECTATION.

He is a little loverboy on four legs, happiest when he is soaking up human affection and reminding everyone that life is infinitely better with a kitten snuggled against you. Adopting from Sheets Pet Adoption is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we do not have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an exit exam from one of our veterinarians before going home.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason.

Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms.
