Alice and her babies have been cared for by one of our amazing foster families as the kittens grew up! Here is what they have to say about her:

"Luna (Alice) is the sweetest little mama. She came to us with 4 2 day old kittens in tow, looking barely bigger than a kitten herself. You could feel each one of her vertebrae when you pet her, but she has always been super tolerant. She has never refused a nursing session- even when she was hungry or had other needs herself. Her kittens have turned out to all be boys and she is so patient as they jump on her and play with her tail. She has never hissed at humans or her babies. Her primary mode of communication are short chirps. She saves her meows for more serious things. She can be skittish or nervous at first, but after she acclimates, she is sweet and loves chin scratches and overall cuddles. She tolerates more than engages in play with her kittens, and she gives off the impression that she is ready to be spoiled with a life of leisure. She has never scratched aggressively- even if she is picked up a bit awkwardly by one of the kids. She has more meat on her bones now, even though she is still quite petite. And even though she is likely annoyed by her rambunctious boys, she is still grooming them and even lets the smallest one still nurse sometimes."
