She can be very shy when meeting new people and needs a little time to feel safe, but once she learns to trust you, her sweet and affectionate side truly shines. Athena forms strong bonds with the people she loves and enjoys soft attention, calm companionship, and cozy moments close by. She would do best in a patient home that understands shy cats and will give her the time she needs to blossom.

One of Athena’s favorite things in the world is spending time with other animals. She absolutely loves other cats and gets along wonderfully with dogs, too. She also eagerly looks forward to mealtime, especially when wet food is on the menu. When she’s feeling relaxed, you’ll often find her perched in her favorite window spot, quietly watching the world go by. Athena is the perfect match for someone looking for a gentle, loving companion who will reward patience with endless sweetness and trust.

All of our cats and kittens are fostered in homes so we know their personalities. They are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV and FeLV, up to date on shots, microchipped, de-wormed, and on flea preventative. Our goal is to match our fosters with the best home possible.

The adoption fees for our felines are as follows: $150 for kittens (or 2 for $250); $100 for adult cats (or 2 for $170); and $75 each for our special seniors/FIV+ kitties. Please email cofaspets@gmail.com for more information.
