Meet Affogato!
Just like the sweet coffee treat she's named after, Affogato is a little bit of comfort wrapped up in a beautiful tortoiseshell coat. This resilient girl had a difficult start to life when her leg became tangled in the umbilical cord before birth. Despite everyone's best efforts, the damage was too severe, and she needed an amputation.
The good news? Cats are incredibly adaptable, and Affogato doesn't let having three legs slow her down one bit! She plays, explores, climbs, and cuddles with all the confidence of any other kitten. Her missing leg is simply part of what makes her unique.
Affogato is affectionate, curious, and full of personality. She's looking for a family who will see past her difference and recognize the amazing, loving companion she truly is. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. We also have a cat cafe full of friendly, furry faces -- Whiskers Catnip Cottage in Granville!

We make no breed guarantees; we are a rescue, not a breeder. Please apply only if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization.

We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
