Thelma is a gorgeous spayed calico with a gentle spirit and a story of incredible resilience. She came into rescue with her sister after their owner was no longer able to care for them. Sadly, because they had not been vaccinated, both girls became very sick. They fought hard alongside their dedicated foster, but heartbreakingly, Thelma's sister did not survive.
Thelma is a true survivor. Though she is naturally shy and quiet, she has shown remarkable strength and is now ready to find a loving forever home where she can finally relax, heal, and simply be herself.
She does well with other cats and dogs and may find comfort in an animal companion.
Thelma is a truly special girl who has been through so much and deserves a patient, compassionate family willing to give her the time and understanding she needs to blossom. In return, you'll gain a beautiful soul and a wonderful companion.
